Hello Telle notices mood changes, mentions of pain, falls, medication issues, and other concerns—and we're building voice health detection to flag changes in voice and tone (e.g., out of breath, slurring) that may indicate larger health issues. If something noteworthy comes up, you'll receive an alert via text or email in addition to the regular summary.
Yes! You can add multiple family members to receive summaries. This is perfect for siblings who all want to stay informed about their parent.
If we're unable to reach your loved one after several attempts, we'll alert you or your nursing service. Coming soon: Retry calls and text fallback before alerting. You can also pause or adjust the schedule anytime from your dashboard.
