We collect information directly from you (the Subscriber), automatically when the Services are used by the Loved One, and from third-party service providers.

  • Identifiers and Contact Data: Name, email address, phone numbers (for both Subscriber and Loved One), and mailing address.
  • Audio/Conversation Data: Voice recordings and resulting machine-generated transcripts of all calls placed by the Services to the Loved One.
  • Commercial Information: Subscription and billing history, and payment details (via third-party processors).
  • Inferred Data: Information derived from conversation analysis, including mood indicators, cognitive cues, behavioral patterns, preferences, and wellness observations.
  • Usage Data: Call duration, time of calls, frequency of check-ins, IP address, device information, and browser activity.

3. How We Use the Information (Broad Purposes)

We use the collected information for the following business and commercial purposes, and we reserve the right to use it for future purposes that are compatible with these:

  • Service Delivery and Improvement: To provide the Services, generate the conversation summaries, and improve the accuracy of our AI models and algorithms.
  • Research and Development: To test, develop, and market new products, features, and services.
  • Analytics and Monetization: To perform analytics on aggregated and anonymized data, and to generate revenue through data monetization, sharing, or sale to third parties for research or commercial use.
